Atomic Dial does not collect, store, or process personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or identifiers.

The app does not use analytics, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking tools.

Use of location (GPS)

Atomic Dial requests access to your device’s location solely to calculate and display accurate, detailed local time for your current position.

Location data is used in real time on your device only. It is not transmitted to a server, logged, or retained after it is used to compute local time.

Data storage, sharing, and retention

Atomic Dial does not store user data on external servers or within the app beyond what is strictly necessary for the current session’s functionality.

No user data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties, except if required by applicable law or legal process. Because the app does not retain user data, there is no historical record of your usage, location, or other personal information.

Your rights and choices

Since Atomic Dial does not collect or store personal data, there is no data to access, correct, or delete in typical cases.

You can revoke location permissions at any time in your device settings. If you do so, Atomic Dial may no longer be able to provide precise local time based on your location.

Children’s privacy

Atomic Dial is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy is updated, the new version will be made available within the app and/or on this website with an updated effective date.
