Pacecast

Effective date: July 14, 2026

Pacecast forecasts your race time from your running history. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and how to remove it. Pacecast collects only what the forecast needs. It contains no ads and no third-party advertising trackers, it never sells your data, and it never uses your health or fitness data for advertising or marketing.

Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address and a unique account identifier. If you use Apple’s “Hide My Email,” we only ever see the private relay address Apple provides.

Training information you enter. Your goal race distance, your recent race or hard-effort time, and your typical weekly mileage.

Health and fitness data (optional). With your permission, Pacecast reads your recent running workouts from Apple Health on iOS or Health Connect on Android — specifically workout distance, duration, and date over roughly the last four weeks — to estimate your training baseline.

Strava activity data (optional). If you connect Strava, Pacecast reads your recent activities (distance, moving time, and activity type) to keep your forecast current.

Forecast results. The predicted times and weekly targets calculated for you.

Subscription status. Whether you have an active Pacecast Pro subscription. Payments are processed by Apple or Google; we never see or store your payment card details.

App settings. Your miles or kilometers preference is stored only on your device.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to calculate and display your race forecast and training plan, to keep that forecast updated as you train, to maintain your account, and to unlock Pro features if you subscribe.

How your health data is handled

Health and fitness data is read only after you explicitly grant permission, and only to build your forecast. It is never used for advertising or marketing, and it is never sold or shared with data brokers or third parties for their own purposes.

You can revoke access at any time — on iOS in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Pacecast, and on Android in the Health Connect app.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers required to run the app: Supabase (database and sign-in), RevenueCat (subscription status), Apple and Google (sign-in and payment processing), and Strava (only if you choose to connect it). We may also disclose information if required by applicable law or legal process.

Data retention

We keep your account and training history until you delete your account, so that your forecast can improve over time.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account and all associated data from inside the app, on the plan screen. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, every training baseline, every forecast, and any Strava connection. This cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — manage that in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

You may also email support@broweleitventures.com to request deletion, access to your data, or a correction, and we will respond within 30 days.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, including the EEA and UK under GDPR and California under the CCPA, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Pacecast honors these requests for everyone regardless of location. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Children’s privacy

Pacecast is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

Where your data is stored

Your data is processed and stored on servers in the United States. If you use Pacecast from outside the United States, you consent to this transfer.

Changes to this policy

If this policy is updated, the new version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Significant changes will also be surfaced in the app.
